Any cancellations need to be made with at least a 48hr notice. Cancellations made without a 48 notice will be charged 100% of your missed appointment. If you are 15 or more minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled. If you are rescheduled due to being late, you will be charged 50% of you cancelled appointment. No shows are not tolerated. If you no show, you will be charged 100% of your missed appointment. May be grounds for no further scheduling. Credit card info will be kept on file to ensure policies are being followed. It is required to make any appointments. Credit card info is secured and will not be shared with myself or any other parties. Babies and small children not allowed unless getting a service. Services will not be provided to children 13 and younger. If you are sick, or have symptoms please let me know and we can reschedule your appointment. If you show up to your appointment with symptoms of being sick, I will reschedule your appointment. When booking, if you book the wrong service and I don't have time we can reschedule for another time with the correct service. Call/ text with any questions!
